• In case, payment is debited but the order is not placed, you can log a complaint at feedback@cheesiano.com. Once acknowledged, the amount will be refunded within 21 workings the days or next credit cycle, if paid via credit card.
• In any other case and if decided by the company that the order is eligible for refund, the same will in the form of store credit, no monetary refund will be provided.
