• In case, payment is debited but the order is not placed, you can log a complaint at feedback@cheesiano.com. Once acknowledged, the amount will be refunded within 21 working the days or next credit cycle, if paid via credit card.
• In any other case and if decided by the company that the order is eligible for a refund, the same will be in the form of store credit, no monetary refund will be provided.
