<h3>Delivery Orders</h3>
<p>&bull; Your address shall fall in the defined delivery area of the nearest restaurant.<br />&bull; The delivery address is mapped to the nearest restaurant that delivers in your area.<br />&bull; Availability of the restaurant online<br />&bull; In case the delivery locality is not listed in the restaurant locator, delivery of orders cannot be placed; However, you may choose to pick up your order from the nearest Cheesiano restaurant.<br />&bull; Extra charges will be levied for carry bags.<br />&bull; The prices are subject to change without any prior notice.<br />&bull; Delivery charges shall be applicable to all orders.</p>
<h3>Menu</h3>
<p>&bull; The menu is displayed as per the availability of the menu items in the mapped restaurant.<br />&bull; In case certain menu items are not listed on the menu page, the particular restaurant does not carry those items on the menu.<br />&bull; In case of non-availability of the ordered product at the mapped restaurant, the order would not be executed. The same would be informed by the store near you.<br />&bull; All product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary. Company products are for immediate consumption.</p>
<h3>Offers Terms and Conditions</h3>
<p>&bull; By accepting to avail the offer, it is deemed that the user has agreed to all the terms and conditions of the offer.<br />&bull; Offers cannot be clubbed with any other offer/ scheme being run by the Company.<br />&bull; All listed prices are exclusive of taxes.<br />&bull; Only one offer is valid per order/ transaction. <h3>Modify/ Cancel of Online Order</h3>
<p>&bull; The online order cannot be modified.<br />&bull; Cancellation of Order by Customer is applicable only for Cash on Delivery Orders and in selected stores only.<br />&bull; Cancellation of Order by Customer will not be chargeable within 60 seconds of order placement.<br />&bull; Cancellation of Order by Customer is applicable for orders placed via the Cheesiano website and application &amp; is not applicable for orders placed from any other source.<br />&bull; We do not offer cash on delivery.<br />&bull; Cancellation of order will not be allowed once the delivery executive reaches the Customer Location.<br />&bull; Cancellation will be free if order is not delivered till 60 mins for regular days and 90 minutes during festivals (festivals/big occasions like New Year&rsquo;s eve, Ganesh Festival, Christmas, Durga Pooja, etc).<br />&bull; You can get updated on the status of the order by calling the restaurant directly.<br />&bull; In case the order which is paid through the digital payment method is cancelled due to the non-availability of the ordered product at the restaurant, the amount will be returned by reversing the transaction by Cheesiano restaurant.<br />&bull; This refund will be returned to the actual source within 21 working days. However, Cheesiano is not responsible for any delay on the bank side.</p>
<h3>General Terms and Conditions</h3>
